Gilbert's have the best pepper steak. The egg foo young was good. The orange chicken meat was overcooked, tough, dried out, and soggy. The honey garlic chicken was overcooked, tough, dried out, and soggy. Please fix the chicken by making it moist and juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside. Thank you.

I loved that everything just came out individually when it was hot, no food sitting under the warmer waiting for everything to be done. Family friendly too!

The lady at the front is so rude! I came in waited 10 minutes nobody came out. I ask for a menu she gives me a snotty attitude. Then denied my refund.I've been coming here for over 15 years and never had got such rude service before. I'm not one to post a review but no customer should be treated how i was and then walked away from the worked when i ask a question about something on the menu.

Place was clean and the guy at the front was friendly. However... Not what I ordered. Unless pad thai is suppose to have a hint of basil no peanuts, no lime, no green onion, have a bit of spice and a hint of BBQ sauce. The noodles were overcooked. My guess is they messed up what I ordered. Unless this is how they make pad thai, in which case no thank you. First and last time ordering here. Which is sad because it looks nice, and the guy at the front seemed like a nice person. The broccoli also seemed overcooked.
