What Scotiaboy likes about Chandlers:
After months of lockdown, I finally went out for a meal. I decided to go to Chandlers because it is close by and we didn't need a reservation. We had amazing food and enjoyed a few cold Guinness. We ended up staying for about 3 hours. The staff was very friendly, so I will definitely come back. I didn't even realize they served food at first, but I'm glad I found out. View all feedback. What Patsy2912 doesn't like about Chandlers:
I visited a cozy restaurant recently with spotless toilets. However, the food was disappointing. The steak pie lacked actual steak, instead being filled with shredded beef and carrots. Additionally, the chips were undercooked. On a positive note, the Jameson's ginger ale I ordered was delicious, and the young girl serving us was very pleasant. View all feedback.

read moreChandlers restaurant presents a mix of experiences that reflect its evolving identity. While some visitors find the cozy atmosphere inviting, they express disappointment in a revamped menu that stumbles with execution—dishes often lack flavor or quality. Highlights include exceptional chips and the appeal of handcrafted beers, complemented by friendly service. However, concerns linger about the cash-only policy and lacked traditional options like brown sauce. With ongoing refurbishments promising an updated look, Chandlers seems poised for potential improvement, yet it currently struggles to meet expectations, leaving some patrons uncertain about their return to this once-favored local retreat.
