The Five Bells Inn - West Dorset

Located within walking distance of our accommodation, this bustling pub offers a nice variety of food and ales to choose from. The atmosphere is lively and crowded, with many regular patrons accompanied by their canine companions.

I only had a brief visit, but I was impressed with what I saw at this restaurant. They have a good selection of local beers that are all well-maintained. The spacious garden at the back is a nice touch, and overall, this is a pub worth stopping by if you're in the area. Just make sure to check their opening hours to avoid any disappointment.

Nice family meal. Good selection for the whole family with a specials board and children’s menu. I enjoyed the burger which was delicious and there was a good selection of local beers to choose from too. The staff were also helpful in ensuring my wife’s dish was dairy free which was appreciated.

Love this pub and the camping. Been staying here for 9 years now. Very friendly and the food is just what you need from a village pub. Thank you Pat and Stacey, see you again soon..

A wonderful local pub, with a fireplace, garden, excellent food, a warm welcome and brilliant service. Exactly what I have in mind when I think “oooh I rather fancy a proper countryside pub now”. Highly recommended!
