I ordered online and chose to pick it up as soon as possible. The food was ready when I arrived, and it was some of the best Chinese cuisine I've had. I will definitely order from here again when I'm in the Dorchester area. View all feedback.

Won't use again. Phoned in the order, arrived at specified time, they took the payment and then we waited 10, 20, 30 and more minutes, couldn't go elsewhere as they had the money, shame we didn't have the food, their excuse was it was very busy and had lots of orders, well would they not come in and be behind us. Why was ours pushed back, it was a big order View all feedback.

We went here for a Chinese a couple of weeks ago after reading online that they have gluten free options avaliable. The staff were all very friendly and explained what I could and couldn't have on their menu. The food was lovely and only living 5 minutes away, we will be back again soon! Thank you!
We always used this Chinese as it’s the very best. We moved to bridport 2 years ago and the local Chinese’s are awful. We took a chance today on the food staying hot for the journey… so glad we did. Food was piping hot and we are so happy we have our Chinese back. Food was excellent. The large pancake rolls are the best. Enjoy
Well worth the money! Amazing food for everyone, a great variety and everything was STUFFFED! So filling and flavourful! Around £16-£18 per head (depending on how much you order obviously) but it’s all amazing quality with amazing taste and smell, would 100% order again!
Good food good portions good prices.
Not happy at all sent our order threw the app with special instructions due to food allergies the food came with the orders being ignored with no apology or refund offered so I'm £20+ out of pocketfor that order and then the inconvenience of time to arrange other food Just read your reply y would I order food I can not eat ! Really.

On our last night at Warmwell Holiday Park in October 2023, we opted for Chinese takeout. After considering our options, we chose a restaurant in Dorchester and were thoroughly impressed. The menu was similar to other UK takeaway restaurants, with fair prices and prompt service. The food was hot, satisfying, and served quickly. A great choice for anyone in the area.
The restaurant does not have a seating area as it is a takeaway. I tried the crispy aromatic vegetarian duck with pancakes, but I found the duck to be tough like leather. I ended up giving it to the seagulls as it was inedible. The chicken chop suey had poor quality chicken and was served in a small portion for a main dish. The overall quality of the food was not worth the expensive price. I was disappointed with the experience, especially since they charge £1 per mile for delivery. There are better takeaways available in the area.
Last night, on Saturday the 16th, my partner and I decided to give Ruby House a try for dinner. We were highly impressed by the delicious food, the excellent and friendly staff, and the overall professionalism of everyone working there. Despite the restaurant appearing busy, the service was efficient and we did not have to wait long. There was ample free parking available outside as well. We will definitely be returning to Ruby House in the future and if I could, I would give them 6 stars. Keep up the fantastic work. Thank you to everyone at Ruby House.

Really disappointing 45 minutes past scheduled pick up time. As Chineese food goes , this was not a place we will be using again, Spare ribs more fat than meat. Chicken Chou min was mostly fat or skin. Under cooked pancake roll. Sweet sour chicken was tasteless. Though the mushrooms in black bean sauce were nice Spending £100 for a take away, this was ruined by the service and then the poor quality of the food. We regularly eat Chinese food, there really are much better places than this. Summary, small portions and very over priced Do NOT recommend

The food is delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. My favorite dish is the dessert, and my family really enjoys the chicken with pineapple.
