Lacey's Cafe - West Dorset

This charming café on the moors is perfect for a pit stop while biking.

We decided to try this restaurant based on a recommendation, and boy were we not disappointed! The food was amazing, made with fresh ingredients and had incredible flavor. The portion sizes were generous and the prices were fantastic. The staff was extremely friendly and made us feel very welcome. We can't wait to come back as often as we can. Overall, our experience was delightful and we left feeling very happy.

Friendly staff, coffee was good and the food was ok. Just 4 stars is as the out side tables are not for eating as they are to small and uncomfortable to serve food.

A Dorchester must. The hot chocolate is to die for (and for those teetering on the edge of diabetes, beware ... it's highly addictive) and the pastries are fresh yum-scrum. Service a delight ... and prices affordable ... Love this place.

The pastries here were incredibly delicious. Our family's favorite was the almond croissant. We were pleasantly surprised by the vegan options as well. Definitely worth a visit!
