What User doesn't like about Hardy's:
I had a lovely and juicy gammon dish at The Carousel for £15, but was disappointed with the small selection of sides. For dessert, I had a delicious chocolate cake since they were out of brownies. Despite the high prices, I would still recommend it. However, I ended up going back to my room for another meal because I was still hungry. Overall, I wouldn't return to The Carousel as I prefer going to Toby's where I can... View all feedback.

I dined at this restaurant this afternoon. The burger was amazing! I can honestly say that the onion rings were some of the best I've had. The staff were attentive, but not overbearing, and our server provided excellent service. We ordered the 'dirty chili burger' and the cheese and bacon stacks and we were not disappointed. The prices are reasonable and compare well with a well-known burger chain. This led us to believe that the food might be average, but the quality was exceptional and proved us wrong. Keep up the good work and we will definitely be back soon.
Had the carvery the gammon was nice and juicy for the small 2 slices that I paid £15 for and very tiny selection of sides. The pudding I had chocolate cake as they ran out of brownies which was nice and if wasn’t so expensive I’d recommend. once I left I went back to room and had another dinner as I left feeling ripped off and hungry. In conclusion I’d never come back as I go to tobys for same price and feel full and get a unlimited drink as well.
Great service and good value, the food was always of a high quality, and was delivered very quickly!
I feel bad for writing a terrible review as the manager did his best, but I’ve never been in a restaurant where there was a queue to complain to the manager, we saw 11 tables be fully refunded including us. We ate here twice, the first night one meal had to be returned as the fried eggs were rock solid, when it came back the chips were undercooked. The second night three meals had to be returned for being cold. On one pasta dish they forgot the sauce(! and one meal they forgot to serve up. We eventually chased the fourth meal and when it came out, the chicken was almost raw. The manager did his best and offered to cook it again, but we’d guven up by this point.
