This was my first time visiting Costa in Dorchester for a friends get-together. The staff were friendly, cheerful, and attentive. The restaurant was clean and organized, and the atmosphere was pleasant. The food and drinks were well-prepared and served hot. I will definitely return to Costa again in the future. What Samantha Hassler doesn't like about Costa Coffee:
What happened to the pastries at this restaurant? I hope they're not all from the same supplier. I paid £2.40 for an overcooked pain au chocolat. And the chocolate twists? They were terrible! They used to be a nice treat, but now it feels like we're being ripped off for low quality, overcooked pastries. Only fools would pay those prices. Greggs offers larger and better pastries at a much lower price. Stick to getting... View all feedback.
Dirty tables, wrong order... and took ages... and it wasn't busy ! Two Hot Chocolates, two coffees, two little rocky roads nearly £25
Nice Costa which has recently been updated. It does always seem short staffed though which can make it a tricky task for the baristas.
Costa’s coffee is one of my favorite coffee shops. One can find them in every corner of UK. The coffee here was as good as it is at Costa coffee and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The newly renovated shop is clean and hygienic and looks very decent. Costa serves one of the best coffee.
Visited Christmas Eve, so very busy. It has 2 floors so finding a table was easy. Staff very pleasant and helpful.
Very quiet as I went in early but the service was excellent and my sugar free gingerbread, decaf, oat milk latte was delicious. I also ordered a mince pie as, well, it is almost Christmas! Very good around, competitively priced but not cheap.
