I love Menchie's! Although they can be a bit pricey, I appreciate the wide variety of options available. The atmosphere was lovely and the staff offered samples to assist customers in making their choices. View all feedback. What User doesn't like about Menchie's Frozen Yogurt:
3 stars for this restaurant. I deducted two stars because the female staff members are not very friendly. I requested for my barcode to be scanned in the app as last time I was there, the staff asked for my phone number and I did not receive my points. The staff member became upset when I asked for my barcode to be scanned. The larger female employee is never nice whenever I visit. I have been a loyal customer at Menchie's for years and even have their key chain. I love this place, but it would be beneficial for them to hire new employees who enjoy assisting customers and have better attitudes. No offense, but I would rather drive to the Ingersoll location for better customer service at this point.
