What Scott Pertzborn doesn't like about Jimmy John's:
Our orders are always messed up. The first couple of times, we figured it was just an anomaly or new person, but it is the standard that what you order and pay for is not what you get at this location. Don?t pay for anything until you look at what they give you. Thanks for delivering the straw without the drink! Edit: tried this store again (11/6/21). Once again, no drink. Update: I gave this location another chance on 11/6/21, and once again, I ended up without my drink. I really regret prepaying a tip here. It’s incredibly frustrating.
This JJ's location has rapidly become my favorite in town, and it’s all because of the amazing staff. They work with remarkable efficiency and are consistently friendly, plus they play great music, which is an added bonus! I really wish I had caught the name of our regular cashier; her manicures are genuinely stunning (last week, she had the cutest Marshmello designs on her ring nails!). I truly look forward to seeing her during my weekly lunch trips after I take my daughter to her appointment nearby. A big thank you to the Monday/Wednesday lunch crew!
This restaurant is extremely frustrating. I opted for their so-called "freaky fast" delivery, but it frequently takes 20 to 30 minutes for my order to arrive. When the driver finally gets here, he ambles over at a leisurely pace to deliver my food. To make matters worse, a co-worker of mine ran to a hardware store, picked up his food from the same place (where he noted they weren’t even busy preparing meals), and returned before I even received my order, which I had placed 10 to 15 minutes earlier.

I just wanted to express how wonderful the staff at this Jimmy John's are! My food was not only delicious but also arrived quickly. The highlight was their attention to the delivery instructions, which, as you can tell, was quite a creative challenge!
