Hy-vee Grocery Store - West Des Moines

In 2022, I checked the prices at the meat counters and found that the regal price was lower than what was advertised. Unfortunately, the seller refused to honor the lower regal price.

This Hy-Vee is fantastic! The customer service at the counter is consistently excellent. I had a wonderful experience with a staff member there who was incredibly helpful. I always manage to find everything I need. They also have four spacious self-checkout lanes for those who have larger grocery purchases. Overall, a great place to shop for groceries!

This Hy-Vee is fantastic! It's a cozy spot with lovely people. Since I visited in the evening, there weren't many customers, which gave it a nice, relaxed atmosphere. The place may have seemed a bit understated, but it was probably well-prepared to meet their sales needs. I always enjoy coming here.

There are too many items without prices, and the cashiers appear to lack basic training. This store has really deteriorated. However, the pharmacy is excellent.

This store is much better than the one in Windsor Heights. The pharmacy here is also superior to the one in Windsor Heights.
