What User doesn't like about Fleming's Steakhouse Des Moines:
We hit it on a bad night. It was crowded being Tuesday with their special, plus both meeting rooms were full. Very loud. Tables too close. My wife and I could not speak at normal level. Long waits for food service (2 1/2 hours). Asparagus wrinkled and dry; steak not juicy or flavorful. Busy kitchen! We expect perfection when paying over $200 for two people. View all feedback.
Angela was the best waitress I ever had. my filet was an end cut with the tendons. most metzgers would have cut this into the groundbeef, not $50 steak.
Our food was absolutely amazing!! Cooked to perfection and our server Angela was best!!

Meal was excellent. Brussel sprouts are amazing! Excellent service. They were busy but still very attentive.
