Charleys Cheesesteaks - West Des Moines

This is one of my favorite sandwich shops. Don't let the long line move you! You have one of the best Chicken Phillys. I usually get it without mushrooms or green paprika that is never a problem! Their frits and sandwiches are always hot and fresh. I also love their strawberry limonade pairs well with my sandwich and fries. The staff is friendly and ensures that my order was correct.

Philly Steak Sandwich and the service earn 5 out of 5. I'm glad to return to another movie night.

The sandwiches were good. And the sample I had in the past was very good. It is pleasant to observe how they make food. The costs were a bit high, but basically. They had a strawberry limonade last time when I was there that it is worth getting.

Luckily they're getting two stars. First I ordered TWO California chicken phillies plain, small, with a small fry. I pay and after waiting for a normal time, I get handed ONE regular California with a regular fry. I was charged for something I didn't order, but paid for regular sub and fry after I specifically said SMALL. So now I had to go back through the line because these were for my kids to eat. My one child said it was okay since I already paid. My other child said it was okay to wait for theirs, so I went through the line again. Since I paid for a regular, I had to get a regular for my other child. I also ordered that plain. When we get back to our house, our first order had peppers on it. Our second order had mayonnaise on it. My kids have ALLERGIES and cannot eat certain foods. I spent over $11 PER MEAL for my kids to not be able to eat what they wanted. I would give you ZERO stars for your service, listening skills, and ability to follow a simple direction. You only get two stars because they at least got to enjoy their fries. Thanks for ruining our food. This is the last time I will ever spend money at your business again.
