It was on my way to the park for some exercise after a meeting with Robert. Very clean and the folks watching the shop were spot on with service smiles and the manners their parents sent them out into the to use smoothly and with good taste. What FAT JACK doesn't like about Heritage's:
Got a Heritage Tuna Hoagie. Was disappointed in the amount of tuna. It was practically not visible and I could barely taste it. I have had decent sandwiches there before but they are slipping of late. View all feedback.

I absolutely love heritage's. I used to work there. I find the quality of their hoagies much better because of the way they're put together. The past 2 times I've ordered from this particular heritage's it has been disappointing to say the least and tonight was bad. It started when I called to order ahead. The boy that answered the phone was rude, rushed me through my order, when I asked for a heritage size sandwich he yelled at me that he didn't have any heritage rolls, didn't read it back to me and confirm he got everything correct and then told me that it would be 30 minutes. We got to the store and my husband ordered a texan which comes with a quarter pound hot dog. My husband got a regular size hot dog. When we got home and I opened my sandwich (the paper was soaked in oil) it didn't have any salt, pepper and oregano on it, which I asked for when I ordered. That was disappointing because that's what separates Wawa and heritage's, heritage's salts their tomatoes not the lettuce like Wawa does. Then I bit into it and my roll was rock hard and stale. Needless to say I will be going to a different heritage's from now on.
Cashier was very rude and didn't feel welcoming walking in or out.
Called this store ahead of time to ask if they sell pasta salad and if I could order a pound when I walk in. The woman on the phone told me I could order by the half pound but it 's cool if I order more than that. I spent my lunch break going to this Heritages to get the pasta salad for something I have going on later tonight. The lady at the deli part of the store seemed bothered that she had to stop what she was doing and help me. When I told her I had called and they said I could get pasta salad by the half pound but all that was out was a half cup she stared at me for a moment then said oh that must be what she meant. Although she did say she 'd go in the back and check, she came out and said they didn 't have anymore. I feel like they should have combined some of the ones they had out on the shelves since I was inconveneived.
Employees need to learn some customer service skills ?
