About 30 minutes ago, I ordered a big ice cream coffee with ingrown red and cream like me every day Mon-Fri and got a caramel swirl ice cream coffee with extra sugar. As this was lost in translation, I will never know. It's not the first time either. Last time I literally have with I think that the manager, when they put espresso in my drink, that I never order. They were delicious, but forget my whipped cream that suck because that gives extra taste to my coffee. And my friend said his coffee was absolutely terrible and taste burned.

Now I'm having a coffee I don't want at work. As a rule, everything goes out without a clink and I could understand if you forgot an ingredient that the customer asked, but don't give them something completely different than what they ordered.
They forget things at times but they do honor it. It's a quick drive through though when you can get in to the driveway.
I ordered a big hot coffee with 1 sugar cream. They would always charge it with sugar. So I changed the way I drink my coffee, now I order a big hot coffee, cream, NO sugar. At least 2 out of 5 times they load it with sugar!! I don't know until I get to work. I don't blame the employees because the incompetence begins at the top. And don't try to call there because they don't take incoming calls. I guess because they mess so much, they'd answer all day on the phone!
