Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

Red Robin Restaurant is located in West Covina Mall by Vincent Exit on Freeway 10. Please note that my assessment is based exclusively on a food product and service. I ordered the new Spicy Scorpio Burger for $14.99 at this point $13.99 at other Red Robin restaurants. It wasn't spicy yet it was tasty. On a scale of 1-10 it earns generous 1.5. Our waitress didn't even bring napkins and they were seriously understated. I was lucky to find napkins after driving all the place. It could be that the franchisor will hardly survive. Pandemic has a devastating effect on these people.

Our server was really friendly and like to check up on us food was above average there's only so much you can do with the burger and that they are trying to experiment on toppings and manners of cooking it. But if you just want to sit down at a restaurant and have okay food this is the place to go

Great burger joint! Although sadly to say, our bad economic turndown for chicken shortage affected our dine in experience, and no way in the world was no ones fault, because it is wholely all California that has been affected with all types of shortages. I feel like the blame is towards covid-19 and California government. We were there at Red Robin in West Covina, California to order a chicken sandwich, but the hostess whom check in my husband and I did not let us know about the chicken shortage, and as soon as we were seated, that's when our waitress explained to us that there was no grilled chicken breast, only deep fried chicken breast was the only menu option available. Makes me wonder, if Red Robin freezes everything, and does not make their food fresh? Hmmm? Is everything frozen before it gets cooked? Anyway, we thanked the waitress, and pardon ourselves to dine somewhere elsewhere. We thanked her very much for her genuine honesty, but it would of saved us more time, if the hostess could get communication feedback from the kitchen, to let customers know, whom are checking in what is available and what is not available.

No matter which Red Robin I've been to, the menus may be different, but the food is always good!

Red robin is a very good spot there Chile burgers are the bomb very quick service and thumbs up on there food me and my honey came for my birthday and I enjoyed it
