Beautiful service with our waitress katy, eat very well, ambiente beautiful, price fair. will stop again

Eating was cold, only 1 server for 14 people. very poor service

We went before dinner rushing for my birthday. we had a reservation and had to wait 20 minutes until the table is ready. I wouldn't be upset about it except that there were only 5 tables throughout the restaurant that were occupied. the rest of the restaurant was empty. then, when we finally sat, the table for 6 people was lined between two stands with hardly space between the other tables. the opposite, in which we sat, was surrounded by tables that were not removed by a busser for our entire meal. the last thing that completely ruined my birthday was that my eating was cold when it arrived. others had similar problems with the time of their food. our server was nice, but he lacked the support of the kitchen to serve quickly and in the right tempo and the bussers did not support him either. it was a terrible experience.

On Christmas day there are only a few restaurants. we had luck to reserve this el torito. we sat right away, the waiting staff was very pleasant and professional and eating was great. we were all satisfied with the meal and service.

They make someone who is alone for a holiday feel very comfortable.
