Buffalo Wild Wings - West Covina

Our food took more than an hour to arrive, despite the fact that only half of the tables were occupied and the bar area was closed. That was quite disappointing. Additionally, our server didn't want to join us in singing happy birthday, even when I politely asked, even though it was just the two of us. That was really unfortunate, especially since it was my 11-year-old's birthday. Overall, we had a very disappointing experience at this location in West Covina.

We waited an hour for our food, only for it to arrive with a strand of hair in it. Afterward, we had to wait another 20-30 minutes for our order to be remade. The managers did not address the situation promptly, which was frustrating given how long we had already been waiting.

They no longer accept reservations through OpenTable!

I have the buffalo burger which was amazing and the wings were excellent my **** Mary was OK the olives are tiny and I asked for extra olives and he never brought them to me. Kind of disappointing I asked for an extra plate and they said they couldn’t give me an extra play just give me a little bowl of some paper which is weird. I asked to see the dodger game that’s one of the main reasons why when I want to see the dodger game during my visit there and they were playing the Dodgers. Otherwise I had a good time and they didn’t acknowledge my birthday.

They brought us our food 1 hour after waiting the food they brought had a piece of hair, and then we had to wait 20-30 minutes for our food after they had to remove it again. the manager didn't solve the problem quickly, we've been waiting for so long.
