This store is always clean and the people who work here are always friendly. I come here for ice cream and there's also a Dunkin Donuts in the same location so I can get coffee and donuts at the same time! Yummers!!! View all feedback.
What M A doesn't like about Baskin-robbins:
Theyre out of a certain flavor but its okay, until they charge for the cones extra???? The other stores have the double scoop-free waffle cone. On the receipt you can see it was applied until they go ahead and charge for it. View all feedback.
The service was OK. The girl got one flavor wrong and I let it slide. Unfortunately, the survey code did NOT work. I tried multiple times and made sure there wasn't any typos. There must be something wrong with their system...
A lot of the reviews are very old. This place has gotten better. It gets busy sometimes and we have to be understanding.

This place never never has freaked bananas for banana split. It's ridiculous. They should just take it down from the menu if they don't sell it. Pisses me off
Employees make me and the family seem like such an inconvenience for ordering ice cream. The service here is terrible.
