I can't say if this place is open for dunes, but it always looks empty. I saw a car in the partie and took a chance on drive thru. a nice lady took my order, and I think she was the only person who worked with order and cook. she was very nice and my food was very fresh and was ready quickly. her nice and professional art made it better. What User doesn't like about Steak 'n Shake:
I have some years ago good memories of a big burger and a milkshake at this place, so it was easy to stop again when close. In everything that the young woman admits, who was responsible, eating was terrible. the meat in the burgers was paper-thin and did not taste even after bark meat. the fries were good, like the milkshake. Can speak with other elements on the menu, but I can?t a positive recommendation. just not... View all feedback.
Note that this is not a review of food or service, but the maintenance of the plant. in front of the pot at this place. there is an 8-inch pot in the drive- through which has caused $1,700 in damage to my car. they first said that the pothole was only 2 deep and denied the claim. I had measured the depths of the pothole on the day after the harm and sent them these information. it was denied again that there was no evidence that I was loading in this when the harm occurred. so my $3.99 milkshake can cost at the end $1,703.99 unfortunately, although I reported this damage immediately the next day,) almost 30 days later they still have the many pots in the facility to repair.
HORRIBLE. The workers were clearly not sober and messed up every single person?s order MULTIPLE times while both ordering and at the window. Took 25 minutes. Absolutely unprofessional, and the workers need to be fired.
I remember this restaurant has the worst drive thru service just behind portillos, and I don?t know what happened after covid but guys this is not 2020, pandemic is over, I don?t know if you pretend to be a drive thru only restaurant but won?t work, it?s sad to see one of my favorite franchises doing everything they have to do to go bankrupt. Stop this nonsense and open dine in again.
Great service and fries on my last visit, burgers were good too,,, BUT I will say the kids chicken is NOT A DEAL !! It's two tiny pieces of mostly breading that was made of mostly salt!! No way would anyone want to give their kids that much salt! OH DEAR STEAK N SHAKE please change that! Thank you.
Food was okay ... although my granddaughters BLT came with only a half slice of bacon on one half of the sliced sandwich. My biggest beef is that the waitstaff was clearly having their own party in the back of the restaurant despite the fact that there were several patrons... lots of teenage type fun... but felt over the top and inappropriate...
