Adored the smoky, mild salsa. Portion sizes aren't huge, which was fine for us. Only drawback was the intense fryer smell as you entered. Needed to air out our clothes when we got home.

Some... read more Al Chulo is my favorite restaurant. The margaritas here are exceptional, and the food... oh, the food!!! It's always fantastic—so fresh and full of flavor. Some people might complain about the size of the tacos, but for me, it’s all about the incredible flavors packed into them. The creamy or smooth salsas made from fresh peppers are a delightful surprise; you never know how spicy they will be on any given day, thanks to nature! The guacamole is the freshest and perfect, and while all the tacos are wonderful, we’re particularly crazy about the shrimp tacos. The Al Camaleon (I believe that's the correct name) is our absolute favorite! Take your time to enjoy everything; it's all amazing.
