Wings To Go - West Chester

The only pleasant thing about this place was the fries. When a customer walks in they should expect to be greeted. The employee was on her phone, and didn't seem pleasant.

This review is strictly regarding traditional bone-in wings. We hadnt had them here for a while since my kid was away at college. So on a whim We ordered a 20 piece tonight of medium buffalo. This used to be a good level to please across a young and older crowd. Got it home and it was virtually unsauced. So I called and the person couldnt have been nicer. I brought them back for a redo. It was explained to me that to get a Frank's hot sauce level of heat you have to order

Food was absolutely terrible the wings I received were old and hard as a rock. I asked them to cook them soft and received brick wings and soggy fries with hard old bacon.

The new owners of Wings to Go have saved the day more then once? I love Sarah and Perry. I?ve never had a bad thing from there? Boneless chicken are always on point!!!

I cannot say enough great things about the new ownership of this place. He has already bailed me out 2 times with food. 1st with my brother's funeral and now with a comedy show that we thought we had enough food and we were out of food within 15 minutes call wings to go and boom 30 minutes later we have plenty of food for everybody. Thank you again Perry... A plus 2 thumbs up!!!
