West Goshen Deli - West Chester

I had the cheesestack, and it was not bad. The bread was fresh, and the stack was good overall, I’d give it a 4.0. The staff was friendly, but there was no air conditioning, at least not today.

Formerly known as the West Goshen Deli, So Sabroso offers a delightful experience with its Latin American cuisine in a bistro atmosphere. The food is made fresh to order, rather than sitting under heat lamps like you'd find in a convenience store. Each dish bursts with flavor, providing a treat for the taste buds! The meals are prepared and served by staff who are native to Latin America, ensuring authentic dishes. Even the American-style breakfast sandwiches are served hot and hearty. This hidden gem doesn’t attract enough crowds yet, so you can enjoy short wait times—but I doubt that will last long! Here’s a tip: be sure to ask for their homemade hot sauce.

I believe the cashier can handle a one-star review with ease. Since my last visit, the place seems to have shrunk in size, and so has the number of customers. I ordered an Italian hoagie for $12.99, a soda for $2.25, and chips for $2.00, totaling $17.00 at this sticky deli. Unfortunately, the roller was not fresh; it seemed like the food was just left out, which was quite disappointing.

The food is excellent, and there’s a great selection on the menu. The staff is friendly and prompt. I would definitely recommend this place, especially for their authentic Mexican cuisine.
