Tsaocaa - West Chester

Best bubble tea in the whole Pennsylvania area I have never had better. Always gets here on time and is still cold when it gets here. I do recommend the peach milk tea as it has the sweetness and the slightest tart to it!

Brown sugar black tea is my favorite!! The great well perfect thing about Tsaocaa is that even after hours later in the fridge the tapioca/bobba stays like the first time they made it. Coming from trying different bubble teas in florida this is number 1!!

Pretty good bubbles. Sometimes the ice makes the tea taste funky.
