P.f. Chang's West Chester

I had a reservation for 7 PM, but we didn't get served until 7:45. Our server, Kanada, was wonderful, but it seemed the restaurant had overbooked their reservations, resulting in a long wait for many people.

Eating is always exceptional and the service is excellent. we enjoy eating at pchang very much. it is always a pleasant evening.

We were disappointed that we had to wait 25 minutes on our table, although we had a reservation. we also came specifically to have something sushi, but when the order was said they were from sushi. we instead ordered pad thai and were told again that they were noodle out pad thai. a kind of bummer of a night.

Despite having a reservation, we waited twenty minutes to be seated. They had run out of sushi rice, which meant we couldn't order one of the entrees. To make matters worse, one of the dishes that arrived was burnt. However, our waitress was fantastic; she quickly brought out a new dish in just a few minutes. Overall, though, it wasn't our best experience at P.F. Chang's.

The restaurant was understaffed, and the food arrived barely warm. Additionally, it was not prepared correctly.
