Iron Hill Brewery - West Chester

The good news is that my Garcia pizza was outstanding. The troubling news is that for the 2nd time in 2 weeks, my family's order was incomplete and required a 2nd trip in the teeth of 5pm Friday traffic and parking. This is a serious drag, Iron Hill. Is there a process to check orders as complete? There were 4 hostesses at the front desk who handed over my order. Your employees are very nice people, but the take process needs improvement. This also happened a few months ago.

My wife is having hip replacement surgery tomorrow (12/5/2023) and we decided to stay the night in West Chester since we have to at Chester County Hospital early. Anyway we decided to go to Iron Hill for dinner. We were greeted by Brian the bartender and he was very friendly and attentive. He recommended the meat pizza and a side of mash potatoes and it was very delicious. Brian kept checking to make sure we were good and knows service very well. When we get back to West Chester again, we 'll be sure to stop in.

The staff was friendly but very slow, two appetizers came out around 30 minute mark, empty drinks sat there, burgers, salad, pizza was served about 55 minute mark. This place is average at best.

Great service with our waitress she was super sweet! She gave my dog water and I was able to sample a seasonal beer before purchasing!

Yesterday me and my family visited iron hill brewery. We walked in and got seated but we waited an hour for a waitress to come to our table. We were very upset by this but this was quickly a situation that was fixed by one of the amazing managers who assisted us the rest of the night . She was truly amazing , she made up for others mistakes and we really enjoyed having her as a waitress. We will be back at this location ! Oh and the food is very good !
