Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

This is american fast food done well and fresh. Each burger is made with real beef cooked fresh with fresh toppings, boasting very good quality for a fast food restaurant. Their shoestring fries are fried nicely but are not my personal cup of tea for sure, but their onion rings with their french fry sauce is delicious. But my favorite part of Freddy's is their custard. I always get a black and white concrete with a brownie and fudge swirl, resulting in the perfect sweet treat, getting bits of brownie and fudge in every bite. But i will say that the food does come out much slower than your typical fast food establishment so if your in a pinch this may not be the best option for you. but its a great spot for hanging out with your friends and enjoying sweet treats and fantastic burgers.

Ordered a delivery. There was cheese on the burger and there were no condiments, as requested. $25 for a burger meal and this is unsat. Just a nite, all requests were made on the order and verified before I ordered.

Overall, good. Has the potential to be great... A bit overhyped, in my opinion. Would like the burgers to be juicer. Place is understaffed just like the rest of the US, thanks to Uncle Joe. Remember who you vote for, people. Place is filthy. My biggest gripe. Little to no tables clean. Bathroom is disgusting. Having an open-kitchen is cool, but if you're going to do that, keep it clean. Literally a quick glance behind there, and I see issues everywhere. Have your Team stay late or come in early to do some deep cleaning. Or staff properly. Just tons of cleanliness issues. Fries are delish. Thin and crispy and a nice seasoning. Could be hotter. Burgers a good. Could be great, but just weren't that juicy. Again, overhyped in my opinion. Bacon is weak. Fake and thin. Get real bacon. Fix this. Want to see better food safety. Need beard nets. Need a hair net under the hat. Need to see changing of gloves. Need to see cleaning happening. 1 order taker. Zero personality or effort to smile or do anything to go above any beyond. No thank you. The basics overlooked and not happening. Has much potential. Needs Leadership.

Great burgers and unique and delicious fries. Concrete mixer was also fantastic. We went back the next day.

Fun place to go for a cheaper meal option! I got the kids grilled cheese and fries, the cheese wasn't melted all the way through so it wasn't great. The fries are very good and seasoned well. They are super thin and mine were over cooked so they were to crunchy for my liking. The kids meals were plenty big for an adult. My husband got a burger that he really enjoyed. The tables inside were clean and wiped off in between customers but the floor was filthy. We did go later in the afternoon probably after the lunch rush but we were stepping on fries and crumbs all over. I would probably go back to try something else out but not in a rush.
