The West Carrollton Donatos has severely declined in quality. They mistakenly delivered my order to the wrong house and when I called to inquire about its whereabouts as it was well past the expected delivery time, they informed me that they had remade my order and it was on its way. However, it still took an additional 20-30 minutes before my order actually arrived. I will not be ordering from there again in the future.

This may be the worst fast food pizza I've ever had. Donatos has really gone downhill. Both pizzas were terrible. The food, service, and atmosphere all deserve a rating of 1 out of 5.

The restaurant is very clean and has a very nice atmosphere. The service is efficient and perfect for take-out meals during dinner. The price per person is between $1-10. The food, service, and atmosphere all receive a rating of 5. I recommend trying any dish on the menu.

You know when you meet someone and they just have such a good vibe and you just feel like you just met such a good human being. That's how I felt today, when I walked in to pick up my order. The young man (working all by himself) was so pleasant and welcoming. Definitely will return. Loved the service. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch
