Great kfc but when it comes to everything, but original I am always disappointed that the flavors are never as good as they look or use to taste. This last round is the worst Nashville hot tenders I ever had it was nothing but a salt bbq taste? How idk and very dry. You can do better guys. View all feedback.

Cold fries, $5.00 wasted. Save your money and go to Kroger's and buy a bag of fries. Or buy some potatoes and make your own. This is unacceptable for $5 for a fry. Management needs to get their head out of there social media or something. Can't tell meyou don't know when the fries are cashed. Less smoke breaks, pay attention. View all feedback.
I visited tonight, but we never received all of our food. It's impossible to reach anyone when you call the restaurant. Additionally, they don’t provide receipts. This KFC has really gone downhill.
Stopped by on my lunch break and their card reader wouldn?t read my card. She didn?t try swiping it, or try a different register. When I told her I didn?t have a different form of payment she just shut the window. I went to Wendy?s across thestreet and my card worked perfect!
Restaurant is not as clean as it should be not that it is horrible just needs closer attention paid to the tables. Food is good but sometimes varies in temperature and juicyness of the chicken. The biscuits are awful. Overall an average KFC store.
The staff here is fantastic and really knows their stuff. They create a lively atmosphere where you can walk in, have fun, and enjoy yourself. They're great at reading facial expressions and body language, so they won't hesitate to check in and ensure everything is going well. With that said, the food is excellent, and it's all served with finesse!
I had a disappointing experience with the fries – they were cold, and I felt like I wasted my $5. Save your money and just head to Kroger to buy a bag of fries, or even better, get some potatoes and make your own at home. It’s unacceptable to charge $5 for something like this. Management really needs to focus more on the food quality rather than being distracted by social media. It’s hard to believe they don’t notice when the fries come out cold. Maybe less time on smoke breaks and more attention to the kitchen would help.
