This restaurant accidentally burned a business trip. The food was prepared to order and made the fresh ingredients. The owners are also the boss and service staff. It might highly recommend, but not if you are in a hurry. Made for a very relaxing evening. View all feedback.
Beautiful dinner experience! I booked on Open Table after some positive reviews. I was impressed the next morning when Chef (and co-operators of the hotel) Karen called me to go through menu options and my preferences. When I showed up at the right time, I learned from the server/host Anthony that I was the only guest of the dinner. What meant that I had an exceptional, warm, thoughtful service. Began in the lounge with a glass of wine (selected wine list); moved to the charming dining room to eat. The meal began with a cold gazpacho-like soup, slightly piquant with some shrimps. At a pleasant pace on the main course: locally grown Arctic charcoal, filled with smoked salmon; sautéed scallops; roasted potatoes and veg. Dessert of sponge cake with peaches and local blueberries, with a puppet game of ice. Best meal in Caraquet! Very recommended.
Karen did an excellent job with our meal. Very unforgettable evening.

What a wonderful dining experience! I made a reservation on Open Table after reading some great reviews. The following morning, Chef Karen, who is also a co-owner of the hotel, called me to discuss menu options and my preferences. When I arrived at the scheduled time, I was informed by the server/host, Anthony, that I would be the only guest for dinner. This resulted in exceptional, personalized service that was warm and thoughtful. I started off in the lounge with a glass of wine from their well-curated list before moving to the charming dining room for my meal. The dinner began with a delicious cold soup similar to gazpacho, with a hint of spice and some shrimp. The meal then progressed at a leisurely pace to the main course: locally sourced Arctic char stuffed with smoked salmon, sautéed scallops, roasted potatoes, and vegetables. For dessert, I enjoyed sponge cake with peaches and local blueberries, topped with a scoop of ice cream. This was by far the best meal I've had in Caraquet! I highly recommend this restaurant.
Karen did a fantastic job with our meal. It was a very memorable evening.
