Excellent as always. The Chicken Milanese and crab cakes were delicious. The bread service was as good as always, though it seems to have shrunk a little. Service was great, despite being short-staffed on a Tuesday evening. Parking: It's at the mall, so lots of parking. View all feedback.
What Griffin May doesn't like about Burtons Grill:
Had a poor experience here. Once seated, nobody came by to take our drink order for a good 30 minutes. After that, the service continued to be super spotty. No utensils or napkins were given with our food, and we had to wait another 20 minutes for the waitress to come back around to ask for utensils and napkins. The food and drinks were very good, but I will likely not be returning here due to my experience. I’m sure... View all feedback.
Good food, cool atmosphere. The chocolate cake is amazing!
I’m sure the service is better for most people, but the fact that so much continued to go wrong throughout my entire visit makes me not want to eat here again Wheelchair accessibility: Easily wheelchair accessible
Everytime we go out to eat here, I always ask for Flavio! He is the best waiter I have ever had! Beyond helpful and knowledgeable, Flavio knows how to treat you right and make a basic meal SPECTACULAR!
It was a quick trip out for a late lunch/early dinner. Disappointed as they only serve a limited brunch menue on Sundays. It was a little on the pricey side also. Parking: It's a large mall so parking is available
It's cool that they serve brunch on the weekends What's not cool is they severely limit the menu, including takeout, while they serve the brunch. No salads, no burgers, no fish. Ironically, the filet is still available but not any other steaks. Not really sure why cooking eggs eliminates your ability to make a salad. Guess I'll have to get my overpriced entrees somewhere else
