Caffe Nero Central Avenue

I had a wonderful experience at this café! The staff was pleasant and friendly, and the barista provided exceptional service—very quick and efficient. There are two floors with plenty of seating options inside, as well as nice outdoor seating for the summer. We ordered a latte, mocha, and hot chocolate with whipped cream, and we loved everything! I ordered the Batman hot chocolate, a limited edition item, and it was wonderfully crafted with great presentation. However, the service could have been better. For instance, when we inquired about water, we were told there was a water station but were left uncertain about whether we could get a cup. Additionally, we were informed that we couldn't order the hot chocolate with milk, but then the server mentioned it was vegan anyway! While the drinks were fantastic, it seems the staff could benefit from additional customer service training.

Friendly staff and large coffee options make this place a real gem near Bridgford Park. It's amazing to see someone enjoying their drink here, although I did hear a complaint about the coffee being too hot! Personally, I think the coffee is perfect. The location in Bridgford Park is lovely for soaking up the sun.
