What Info Email doesn't like about Dunkin':
Apparently, all ovens get shut down at 5:30 to “be cleaned” while the store closes at 7pm. So don’t expect to get any warm food after that time. I guess, getting out at exactly 7pm is more important than earning business and making money. View all feedback.

Instead of honoring a prepaid mobile app for a free monday coffee, the workers threw my coffee away that I ordered at the window.No logic ZERO customer service. Last time I go to that drive
They always get my coffee right. They are all so very friendly. That's my favorite Duncan's to go to.

This is hands down the worst Dunkin' in the immediate area. And it has been for years now. Orders are always incorrect, the drive-thru is a consistent disaster, and the employees are rude. I avoid this location unless absolutely necessary. And even then I typically avoid it. H is a terrific person and a great worker, but she has no help here. One person can't do everything all the time. The two elderly owners are incompetent as well, and it's obviously trickling down the ladder.
