Hi-skore Lanes - West Branch

Definitely will not be back to this bowling alley. We were treated very rudely right when we got there. My family and I wanted to take our children for a fun night of bowling and pizza. It turned out to be the worst bowling experience of my life. Horrible service and rude staff. Especially Wendy one of the waitresses. She was rude and snotty every time we asked a question. She treated us like we were not welcome there. There is no reason for it. Working with the public you definitely need to have a better attitude. I'm sure we are not the only group of people she has treated this way. We did not have to choose your lanes and next time we will take our money elsewhere. If I could give zero stars, I would have. Do better...

Terrible experience with my family there for a birthday party. They acted inconvienced right from the minute we walked in the door. Spoke to us like we were trash, and then accused us of trying to leave without paying when we had already paid. The attitude ruined our trip and we will never return to bowl there again. Definitely wish I would have chosen a more respectable place to take my sons for their first bowling experience.

I don’t know if it was a bad night or whatever, but the workers here are very rude. They seemed irritated with everyone the entire night and were rude to me and my family for no reason. They were annoyed and talked about us right in front of us when I tried to get my little brother water.

Bought new ball, tried it out their lanes very nice place. Clean and very friendly too.
