This is the first buffet I've eaten at that didn't require me to pay before dining... Not sure how I feel about that because we didn't even get a drink from the server until we were done eating. The restaurant only had 5 tables eating buffet and we watched her walk by us 7 times before we caught her attention to grab our drinks. The food tasted great but for a buffet they had 1 pizza and one cheese bread out at 1:15, with 5 tables eating off the buffet. Very let down by the service and the minimum option for choices of hot food. Fresh pizza didn't even come out until we decided to leave. Considering I love pizza, this was extremely disappointing and we will not return to waste our money again.

After trying all four entrances... read more I visited this restaurant this afternoon as soon as they opened, but I ended up waiting 35 minutes for them to unlock the doors. After trying all four entrances without any luck, I decided to call and find out what was happening. The person on the line was quick to respond but informed me that they weren’t offering dine-in service due to uncertainty about when their server would be available, and suggested that I call back later. There was no sign or any indication to inform customers of this situation, which was quite frustrating. They did mention that I could place a to-go order, which I was fine with, but the doors remained locked at that point. Then, unexpectedly, the call got disconnected. For a business that prides itself on customer care, this lack of communication and organization is very disappointing. I've eaten here before and enjoyed the food, but this experience was frustrating and reflects poor management.
