These were the best ?cupcakes? I?ve ever had! I always order 24 cupcakes from a random grocery store for my kids parties, and I always end up with more than half leftover. Through a Google search I came across this cute place, and their bundtini?s are even cuter, not to mention all the flavors were excellent, the cake was moist, yummy cream cheese frosting, and I didn?t have one dang one left, that?s how much everyon... What Heather Smith doesn't like about Nothing Bundt Cakes:
The cakes are so yummy but the girl working this evening was so rude. She rolled her eyes when I asked if she had any more of the white chocolate and raspberry bundt cakes. I asked for a chocolate chip bundt cake and she gave me a chocolate chocolate chip bundt cake. When I asked for the original chocolate chip cake she told me it was gluten free and wouldnt sell it to me. She didn't even ask if I wanted a receipt an... View all feedback.
I can't emphasize enough how much I love this store! The cakes are not only beautifully decorated but also delicious, making them perfect gifts for friends and family. The manager and staff go above and beyond to ensure a wonderful experience. I'm truly impressed! Thank you!!!
Unfortunately, when it came to the flavors, she wasn’t much help either. I struggled to read the small signs displaying the options, so I settled on the ones I recognized: carrot cake and red velvet. The carrot cake was just okay—not great—but the red velvet was quite disappointing. It tasted overwhelmingly of food coloring with no hint of chocolate, almost like eating playdough. If the service had been better, I might have considered returning to try other cakes. But with the way I was treated, I don't think it's worth it.
The staff here was incredibly friendly! They took the time to explain the different sizes and flavors of the cakes to me. Even when another customer came in, they continued to assist me without interruption. It's just cake, but the cheesecake frosting and the attentive service make it worth a return visit!
UPDATE: Dang it. I posted a glowing review of the West Bountiful store, then like a month later I discover they were grand opening a beautiful new Idaho Falls store. Good news is I can save the drive. Bad news is that every trip to IF will now apparently include a stop to buy cake. I'm glad this is the nearest store to Rexburg because otherwise I'd be broke. My family loves these cakes. We moved from Dallas where a store was just a couple of miles from home, so they were in there all the time. Now only on our trips down to Utah. You can't beat this product. And customer loyalty to this brand is unreal. My wife bought a bunch to deliver around to friends here in Rexburg who all miss the product.
Cakes are amazing, but the location was not. We love them in our home town, but stopped in here while on vacation. Location would not honor the discount code we had-said we had to go back to our store to do that (900 miles away). We decided to purchase anyway, and service was not friendly, was not professional or quick. We felt very much like an inconvenience and saw multiple people treated the same while we were there
