Have been going to the different caribus in a Mall of America for over 20 years since they opened. They are one of the best ones there they always get my order right where the original one on the second floor always seem to get my order wrong. Stopped by to get food with my sister, she ordered her sandwich and coffee and I ordered a sandwich and asked for a hot water, I'm not a coffee drinker, and the worker that was taking our order told me no. She said they dont do that, but that I could order something that costs money and she could just fill it with hot water.. she was very rude.As a paying customer I'm not understanding. Exactly why would you expect from a caribou very well done! ???
A random guy took my drink when they called out my name and ran off with it. We explained to the barista what happened and she was empathetic and gave us a new drink (and a size larger! . We’re just happy that an awkward situation turned into a wholesome one :

Their iced high rise caramel was fantastic, and the workers were very friendly and welcoming.
