What M Ruger doesn't like about Smashburger:
The staff is very friendly but my experience went down hill from there. $15+ for a single bacon smash burger, fries and drink is asking too much. Especially for a burger that had fatty limp bacon and an over seasoned burger patty, so much so I was only able to take a few bites. NEVER open during advertised hours. Please move out and make room for a business that actually wants to serve the community. Thanks ?
This place was good when it first opened but went downhill shortly after. I had a negative customer service experience back in 2020 and was sent $5 off coupons as a result so I gave benefit of the doubt. Went back today for the first time in 4 years and the tater tots tasted like straight up freezer burn. Inconsistent customer service and old food. I wanted to like this place, but I won’t be back.
My favorite place to grab a turkey burger and this place is never open past 6:30pm. Maybe you guys should update your hours.
Customer service was totally unacceptable. Will not attend this location again. Had to order online because cashier had me wait 15 minutes just to order.
