This restaurant serves the worst American Chinese food I've ever tasted. It was absolutely disgusting. Maybe it was good over 15 years ago, but not anymore. They are currently only offering takeout, possibly due to COVID concerns, but it seems more likely that they are just trying to save money by not reopening their dining area.
