Then, at ten minutes to eleven, the music stopped. About 8 minutes later, they announced a 2-minute silence for Remembrance Day (something I would have done on my own), but it was incredibly moving to see a room full of strangers willingly participate. The silence was so profound that you could hear a pin drop. Whether the young staff were directed to do this or did it on their own, it was a very respectful and humbl... View all feedback.
What scoobieda doesn't like about Caffe Nero:
We decided to give this coffee shop a try, as it was one of the few we hadn't been to yet. The place was busy, but it was difficult to gauge just how busy because the tables were dirty. The service was average, nothing particularly outstanding. We were not offered a reward card. The cappuccino and baby chino were well made, although my daughter thought the baby chino was too small. If you like a dirty rundown coffee shop which serves your drink hotter than the sun then this is the place for you. Nice staff but the place should likely be shut down, filthy and partly feels like a building site…
Improved since my last visit. Coffee was good and it's dog-friendly which is such a nice change from the hysterical response you get from some businesses if you happen to have a dog with you.
Coffee was nice and the guy behind the bar was friendly. He wasn't listening properly though and used the wrong milk Because he was lovely I didn't actually mind too much
There is not enough room for the pedestrian to walk in front of the shop, sometimes the car parked in front of the shop and there is room for only one person to pass trough. If Nero would not be there, their terrace and the car parked in front of the shop, you would have enough room for 6-7 people to pass through. Thank you.
Excellent latte, strong with lots of taste, hot and frothy too. Restaurant layout and furnishing's make for a relaxed environment and the staff are a credit to the shop. All in all a very fine experience.
