Burger King - West Berkshire

I frequently travel between Newbury and London and often stop at this service area to take a break. Unfortunately, I consistently receive cold food. I’ve uploaded photos showing that the burgers are soggy, the chips are icy, and the potatoes are either dried out or covered in greasy oil. Additionally, they often run out of Coke or Pepsi and instead offer poor alternatives like Capri Sun orange juice. Overall, the service is quite disappointing.

I was attended to by what I assume was a manager, and she was the rudest employee I have ever encountered. When I asked her a question, she simply told me to “go away”! I ordered a Chicken Royale and a Whopper meal, but both were cold, and the Chicken Royale appeared pink inside. We ended up discarding both meals. Additionally, I've heard there is a rat infestation at this Burger King, and someone mentioned there was one in the kitchen a couple of weeks ago. I strongly advise against eating here.

The service was excellent and efficient, especially given how busy the restaurant was. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the food was fantastic.

Food was was fast and hot. Really helpful customer service with a friendly attitude.

Slow service and super busy. Had low expectations though did not meet that unfortunately. A positive is they accepted NHS blue light discount in this venue. Burger was okay; had it outside the benches, though I would image if you took it home it would be cold.
