Panera Bread - West Bend

The food came out hot and was amazing. The staff had smiling faces and were genuinely happy.

I'm just never disappointed in their food and have learned to go at less peak time if possible. They need to be faster at cleaning tables and the whole place needs a facelift. Lots of rips and stains in the booths/chairs.

We really like this place. For a pretty big franchise they do a nice job of maintaining high standards. It's clean and the sandwiches are very good. We like all the optionality with their you pick two. You can really keep it healthy if you want to.

Excellent place for quality lunches mmmmmm, drinks are different but still tasteful. Don't be afraid to try something new ?

Ryan, the manager, was excellent! We had ordered a sandwich for pickup and it was made incorrectly, so we called to ask if we could get a new sandwich. Ryan had a new sandwich delivered free of charge and he added in a cookie. He was very accommodating and apologetic a great manager!
