Every time I visit the West Bend location and request a chicken pot pie, they never have it available. This restaurant really needs to improve their service or consider closing down, just like Perkins did.
The lady said one minute like 15 minutes ago, I’m waiting for her to even just take my order. This place shouldn’t even be open with how low staff they are. Do better.
After waiting for about five minutes, they realized they didn’t have any extra crispy chicken and informed me it would take an additional 30 minutes if I wanted to wait for it. I was frustrated because the whole point of placing an online order was to avoid this kind of delay; my order should have been ready by the time I arrived according to their system. When I requested a refund, they told me they couldn’t process it and that I would need to call KFC directly. Having already paid, I was reluctant to leave, unsure whether I would actually receive a refund. A woman who appeared to be the manager was completely unhelpful; instead of coming to the counter, she shouted that I needed to contact my credit card company for a refund. This was ridiculous; it wasn’t a matter of fraud or an issue with my credit card—KFC simply ran out of chicken! One of the younger employees was quite polite and offered to prepare whatever chicken they had available. Unfortunately, when I got home, I was even more disappointed to find that the food—chicken, mac and cheese, corn, and biscuits—was all cold and either dry or excessively greasy from sitting out for too long. To top it off, the prices were extremely high! In conclusion, we will not be returning to KFC again; I truly don’t understand how this restaurant remains in business.
Expensive!!! KFC IS NOT ALWAYS OPEN! TRIED TO CALL IN A ORDER, NO ANSWER! WHEN I FINALLY GOT SOMEONE, ALL I HEARD WAS LOUD KITCHEN NOISES. NO QUALITY CONTROL! THE HISPANIC LADY AT THE WINDOW WAS NICE.SHE SAID THEY ARE UNDERSTAFFED AND THAT'S WHY THERE ARE ISSUES.
