Billy Sims Barbecue West Bend

We had the pulled pork sandwiches, bbq beans and cole slaw. Overall a very good value. Store has $7 sandwich and drink combos, sandwich, side drink $8.99. Sandwich was typical size but meaty. Pulled pork was tasty tender, but a bit salty. Sides wereabove average size quality. Staff was friendly.

This is my favorite spot to satisfy my BBQ cravings. As Billy puts it, the Heisman sandwich is fantastic. The combo plates are also really delicious.

Don’t let my serious expression fool you; I was all smiles inside as I admired this beautiful sandwich! I found myself in West Bend right around lunchtime, and I decided it was the perfect opportunity to stop by Billy Sims BBQ. I was pleasantly surprised by how affordable the food was. The Triple 20 Signature Sandwich is packed with delicious pulled pork, drizzled with Billy's Secret Sauce, and topped with coleslaw and provolone — SO YUM! Just a heads up: once you pick up this sandwich, be prepared to finish it. It’s so good that you won’t want to put it down. Make sure to grab a few napkins; I managed with just two! I also got the Billy Baked Beans and Mac N Cheese on the side, which were excellent. Don’t skip the sides! And of course, make sure to save room for dessert or grab one to go! I got a Banana Wafer Stacker to take with me, but I couldn’t resist sneaking a few bites first. Trust me, it’s a fantastic treat to cap off a delicious meal!

We had an amazing dining experience at a restaurant in West Bend, Wisconsin. My husband and I enjoyed the brisket and turkey, and we absolutely loved the smoky barbecue sauce. The meat was incredibly tender and practically fell apart. For dessert, we shared a stacker, which was delicious!

Employees were friendly, brisket and pulled pork were tender, but a little dry. Rib and bologna were good, with good flavor. Sides were good.
