Papa Johns Pizza - West Allis

One of the male employees that I spoke with on the phone was incredibly rude to me. Before I was even able to finish my question, he blurted out that he had sent my order “with a dasher.” Having been cut off and not heard what he said, I restated that I had ordered on the app, to which he responded by cutting me off and with “I know.” When I stated that I didn’t appreciate his attitude, he continued to raise his voice and escalate the conversation until I did not have any other choice but to hang up. I have never experienced such terrible service.

I ordered a pizza around 5 o’clock got a text at 5:20 that the pizza was ready. Got there at around 540 and they said the pizza was not ready. Stayed there till almost 630 and it was still not done. Had to ask for a refund thankfully they gave me one but would not recommend.

I ordered a pizza and they told me it would be done in 15 minutes. I got there in 20 minutes, they told me it was still in the oven, 20 minutes later they told me they just put the pizza in the oven and now it’s been over an hour. I wouldn’t be upset if they just told me why was happening. This is

The things I like most about Papa John's pizza are the taste, the wacky Wednesdays, and the prices.The taste of the pizza at Papa John's Pizza is extremely delicious. The sauce is extraordinary!!!All I can say is look into the Wacky Wednesdays special...Enjoy the prices!!!!

We didn’t even get to try the food! We tried placing an order with the call center. They charged our card but told us the order didn’t go through! It has been a disaster trying to get it reversed! Do not order by phone!
