Contribute FeedbackAt this McDonald’s location, diners experience a stark contrast between exceptional customer service and frustrating operational inefficiencies. Some patrons commend staff, particularly a cheerful employee named Tim, for their positive attitude and exceptional service, which brightens an otherwise mundane fast-food experience. Conversely, issues like incorrect orders, stale fries, and slow service marred visits for others. While improvements have been noted in some areas, consistency remains a concern. Overall, this McDonald’s location embodies the unpredictability of fast food, leaving customers both pleased and perplexed by their experience.
I just want to give one of your employees a scream, I think his name is Tim, every time I thru the drive, he works on the first window that collects the money. I went to your particular place for many moons, and I can honestly say that familiar face and a person who is happy, never rude and ALWAYS has a positive attitude is really a good way to start my day or finish my day when I happen to stop at noon. In this day and age, it is very rare to have such a pleasant experience when using the ride thru, I would honestly go out of my way if I only go to your location. I hope that this positive feedback will come back to him and possibly will brighten his day because he deserves it! I also want to add that I work in West Allis, live in Muskego and there are more than one handful of people in Muskego who go to your location, instead of our Muskego site BECAUSE this employee as well as MANY MANY people in the company that I am employed, as well as friends that I have spoken to from Milwaukee, Greenfield etc. HANG ON TIGHT to this gentleman and don't let him go, the work ethics he has is very FAR AND FEW BETWEEN now days, it's almost unexistent, I know that for a fact as I find daily looking employees with a similar work ethics!! #McDonaldsWestAllisWI #KudosToTim
It was okay this time. Was happy with the service and they didn't screw up. I have to say that things are taking care of this place. There were many problems here in the past. The orders were never correct, something was always messed with my order. Later they were on the ball. No more 20 minutes to get my food, just to find out it was wrong. You have to admit, they've made their game at this point. Good to see and really hope it continues!!! Stop the good workers! You can still get a five-star rating from me!!!
On the journey through 7:55, ordered 3 meals, spent about $24. Pull up to the window, then paid on another window waiting for almost 3 minutes, get our sodas then we are told to move to a waiting area, as our meal has not been done yet. Wait for almost 9 minutes and are offered the wrong order, so he goes back, brings the right order, flashes a smile tells us to have a good evening. I thanked him and wished him the same. Honestly, I was half annoyed and expected the worst but boy, I was wrong! Hot, fresh pommes, burgers were hot and beautifully joined together (sometimes these burgers can be a mess in a box! My son's spicy chicken sandwich was also delicious! We'll be back, we expect to wait a bit next time, which we don't have a problem for good food. Win it a 4 star and not 5 because I never got the ketchup I asked, and there were no napkins in both bags.
That's a McDonald's. I have to say more. You know the menu, so you don't have to go further. Service was fast and friendly. You have the order too! I guess she's doing it.
Stopped for a quick breakfast. Food was fine but the young people at the drive-thru window made us leave with a smile! Friendly, nice, great personalities!
