How can a business that sells ice cream consistently be out of the most popular flavors like strawberry, vanilla, and chocolate? It's become a running joke in our family to guess which flavor they'll be out of each time we go for a shake. At other times, they're out of milk, the machine is broken, and so on. This issue has occurred in multiple locations, not just this one. It raises questions about their business practices or management.

I paid $7.00 for two kiddie cones that were supposed to be regular scoops, but they definitely fell short of what I expected for the price. They also didn't have the flavors I wanted, like chocolate chip mint or praline pecan. My first impression was disappointing enough that I won't be coming back. The owner should pay attention to the quality of what's being served, as the reviews suggest there's room for improvement.

There were only two employees on duty when I visited. The restaurant was empty, but it was extremely dirty. The floors were sticky, and there were crumbs and dirt scattered all over the place.

Ice cream was icy. Poor cleaning. Staff partying, not avail to serve us in timely manner

I understand being ready to leave after a long day of work. However, be polite or up front about it. It 's 7:40 pm you close at 8. Came in and was ignored by every employee. Went over to the ice cream area and all of it was gone. When I asked about it and asked if they already packed up an employee responds, I guess so... . Horrible service and attitudes.
