Came in and was ignored by every employee. Went over to the ice cream area and all of it was gone. When I asked about it and asked if they already packed up an employee responds, I guess so... . Horrible service and attitudes.

It's become a running joke in our family to guess which flavor they'll be out of each time we go for a shake. At other times, they're out of milk, the machine is broken, and so on. This issue has occurred in multiple locations, not just this one. It raises questions about their business practices or management.

They also didn't have the flavors I wanted, like chocolate chip mint or praline pecan. My first impression was disappointing enough that I won't be coming back. The owner should pay attention to the quality of what's being served, as the reviews suggest there's room for improvement.
