It's not as good as it used to be when it was under a different name, but still, it's good. I ordered my buger medium, and it was well done. So was my wife's burger. While that was disappointing, the flavors and food quality were still very good. Also, their fried mushrooms are some of my favorite. They no longer have fried ice cream on the menu, which is sad. They had a homerun with that. View all feedback.
What Texas Hook em doesn't like about Rustic Ranch:
20% for a large party which included 3 kids?! 2 kids didn’t order anything! Ridiculous! Thanks for advertising that?!!!!! Burgers are just ok nothing special! 75$ for burgers everything charged separately ! Service not the best won’t be back nor will I recommend!.
Burgers are great!!! The Barrera's are a blessing to Weslaco.
Parking: Plenty of parking in front and in the rear. Wheelchair accessibility: Large wheel chair ramp and access. Front door is difficult to open.

They got a new cook recently, new waitresses, and overall the quality has dropped dramatically. Food is the same as a fast food spot except it's double the price, and the service gets every order wrong.
