Pollos Al Carbon Doña Lola - Weslaco

The chicken and carne asada were very good, and the breast on my chicken wasn't dry. The salsas were spicy while still being flavorful. The sausage was not bad, I wouldn't order them again, but mixed with the chicken and salsa made it a good mix. Ifound the beans to be bland with no flavor. For a Mexican joint, the rice was bad. I will definitely be coming back.

They dont give utensils nor plates, n napkins. Bad service. Came 2 times NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

We stopped by this place to eat before heading home. Food tasted ok. After our meal, we got up to go to bathroom towards the back only to find a huge pile of raw chicken sitting in an enormous tub AT ROOM TEMPERATURE!!! I prayed that none of us wouldget sick. Well, I didn't pray hard enough because we ALL got sick. 2 days later and my husband is still in bed with fever anddiarrhea. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!

Chicken has really good taste. Update: awesome great tasting food!!! Update: this place never let's you down!
