The hotel has come many years. Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio is no longer correct. The service was friendly.

The highly praised wild food for 35 € was a single catastrophe! The price-performance ratio is not even worth a star; it simply tasted nothing, the portions were also very clear. The room was fine from size. However, the dividing wall to the bedroom was almost completely wet, so we were sniffed every next day, and our clothes were totally cocky. The night with the bad food cost 100 € per person. I call that anger. The coffee pot at breakfast was totally germinated. At the end, because we paid with credit card, we still rolled up neatly with the eyes.I can't recommend this hotel and restaurant, especially at these prices!

I've been thinking for a long time if I write something (was there on 12.09.2021) but somehow it doesn't let me go. For 25 years a hotel in Schneverdingen has been the worst hotel, but since 12.09.2021 it has changed. It's already going on with the check-in, only until 18:00 (on the phone, if it goes later) although the job is the waitress who is there by night. Eat the finest Convenience products from the wholesale market and a goulash soup without meat. The room for one night and two persons €122.00 below the roof where the half of the room is not usable by the slopes. The hotel has been refurbished in the 90 years and has remained there. The only star gets it because it was clean (but without stars does not go anyway). In the morning at 6:30 a.m. no water, on request all guests were simultaneously showering (just on a Sunday), then there were the guests who walked the toilet and and and only once the guilt was not in it. Then she was meant (the boss) has a girlfriend who drives to Austria and there it is going and there is no water in the hotel. That tells me it's not a single case. At least one bottle of water to brush teeth on demand. No apology and no discount on the bill. Conclusion: Make a big arc around this hotel, for the price you get something in the area.

The hotel is beautifully situated in the countryside. But it has come very years. The furnishings and carpeted floors have not been cleaned or maintained for many years. The owner has no near distance feeling and comes incredibly close to you despite Corona. Mask does not wear there despite the current duty. Neither staff nor attention is paid to wearing the guests. The food is of very poor quality. The grill buffet consists of cheap meat, which has been grilled dead and tasted and cheap finished salads. The wild evening that was forced on you because there was nothing else from the kitchen that day was a disaster. At the beginning, the host turned around to the guests, wait no distance and licked the fingers to friemle the late apart. The appetizer soup tasted like fat, but nothing else. The mushrooms were slimy. Generally, the food was not seasoned. The 2nd Gang Wachtel was presented with 5 beans on a lape toast bread with a flaky finish sauce and also didn't taste. The main course deer roast was served with red cabbage from the glass and finished dumplings. That didn't taste either. The dessert was boiled cream with raspberries previously frozen and sliced. In addition, a 3cm large piece of melon and pineapple and a cream hood. All in all very sweet and tasteful not good. No more water on Sunday morning. No showers, teeth cleaning or the walkway to the toilet were possible. The owner's response The net is unstable, it is early in the morning and must only stabilize during the day. Communication was inadequate. The sauna in the offer is no longer functional for half a year or longer, but is further advertised and charged. On demand, the statement comes that one must first call a plumber. It doesn't seem to work for half a year. There was no ordinary bill for a large group (about 30 people), but only 2 handwritten notes. It was impossible to understand how the sums have been calculated and how much of the evenings (which were included in this invoice) were drunk and fed. A helmet that thinks evil (by the tax). The recreational activities they offered in advance were not bookable or they were standing in front of the door despite the date. The bicycles would be scrap and not busty, so bicycles were borrowed at a nearby canoe rental. Despite all these deficiencies, the host has not made a counter offer or the price is not reduced by itself.

The food was bad for the price. All cheap ingredients, salad sauce from a package.
