I heard about a year ago that a former star chef made himself independent and now runs his own restaurant. Then we visited Him for the first time and have eaten equally rarely in life. After the 2nd visit I can say that he is one of the best chefs in Germany, or for me and my family the No. 1. You often have to wait for a free table for a long time, but it is worth noting for anyone looking for special in this corner Germany, but finds! Thanks for these great dishes and dishes. Just enjoy!

Great food, all fresh and wonderful combined. I had noodles with fresh plumbs and plumbs, garnished with hauchfein sliced Serranoschinken, a real taste explosion. Also the small but fine intercourses, such as Bruscetta and Matjestatar(with apple) on honey bread were sinfully good. Eating like in the star place at a more than fair price. You're welcome.
